How it works
Authorized staff manage appointments in KAYSEL. The integration creates, updates and deletes the corresponding events in a calendar named KAYSEL · followed by the salon location name, using the Lima time zone.

KAYSEL Calendar
Mayca’s appointments in Google Calendar. KAYSEL Calendar is an internal integration operated by MAYCAS SALON & SPA S.A.C. that mirrors appointments recorded in KAYSEL in a separate calendar within the authorized Google account.

One source of appointments
Changes made directly in Google Calendar are not imported into KAYSEL and may be replaced by the information held in the system. Staff use KAYSEL to reschedule or cancel appointments.
What is synchronized
Client name, services, assigned staff, date, time, expected duration and appointment status. When the number is available and valid, the event includes the registered mobile number and a link to open WhatsApp and contact the client about her appointment. The integration does not send messages automatically or include identity document numbers, amounts, payments or private notes in events.
Google access
The connection requests permission to verify the authorized account’s email and manage secondary calendars created by the application and their events. It does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive or the primary calendar.
Internal use
This is an information page. Appointments and the connection are managed inside KAYSEL; they are not published on this website. Synchronization requires the computer running KAYSEL to remain on, with its service active and an internet connection.

The privacy policy explains which data is used, how it is retained and how to disconnect the integration, withdraw Google permission or request deletion of connection data.
