When you authorize the connection, Google provides the verified email and an account identifier to check that the account matches the one configured. Permission is requested to create secondary calendars and view, create, update and delete events in calendars created by the application.
The integration does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive or the primary calendar.
KAYSEL uses this authorization to maintain a separate calendar of salon appointments. Events contain the client name, services, assigned staff, date, time, expected duration and appointment status. When the number is available and valid, they include the registered mobile number and a link to open WhatsApp and contact the client about her appointment. They do not include identity document numbers, amounts, payments or private notes.
The integration reads the events it manages to verify synchronization and prevent duplicates. It does not import other events into the KAYSEL appointment schedule. Including the mobile number and its link does not require additional Google account permissions.
KAYSEL retains the connected account’s email and identifier, calendar and event identifiers, technical synchronization data and a renewable authorization token. This token is stored encrypted and enables synchronization without requesting your Google password. KAYSEL does not receive or store that password. Communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS.
Technical data is stored in the database of the KAYSEL installation and may be included in its backups. When the remote backup configured in KAYSEL is used, backups are encrypted before transfer to Supabase.
Google receives the data needed to store events in the authorized account, including the mobile number when it is added to an event. The integration does not publish these details on this website, add guests, send email invitations or send automatic WhatsApp messages. Opening the WhatsApp link sends the number to that service to initiate contact; the user decides whether to send a message.
Events are created as private; the account holder should review access permissions for their account and calendar.
Data obtained from Google is used exclusively for this function: it is not sold or used for advertising, credit assessment or training artificial intelligence models.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The authorization token is retained to maintain or restore the connection. Selecting Disconnect in KAYSEL’s Settings → Google Calendar stops synchronization and removes the authorization token from the active database, along with connection sessions and pending jobs.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete the calendar or its Google events, nor KAYSEL’s technical identifiers and connection history. It also does not delete previous backups. These technical records have no automatic age-based deletion.
You can withdraw KAYSEL’s permission through the third-party connections section of your Google Account.
To delete events already created, first disconnect the integration, then delete the KAYSEL calendar from Google Calendar.

This page will display its update date. Before extending permissions or using Google data for a different purpose, the account holder will be informed and the corresponding authorization requested.
